Product made from fresh cheese whey obtained as a by-product in the preparation of them, which has been properly crumbled, skimmed, partially demineralized and pasteurized. Concentration and crystallization stages are carried out prior to drying.

Appearance: Uniform powder, without lumps; yellowish-white in colour;


Flavour and smell: characteristic salty-sweet taste, not rancid, acidic or tallowy. Soluble in warm water.
