Ideal equipment for spun cheese or any other type of cheese.
Built in AISI 304 steel. It has two worm gears driven by independent gear motors in charge of giving it continuous movement and driving the dough for its discharge.
It has direct injection of steam through valves, which allows to raise the temperature of the product in a fast and controlled way. This is done with a digital-visual temperature controller, PT100.
The discharge of the product is done through a pneumatic guillotine located at one end of the equipment.
